Returns from the UK, Norway, Switzerland & Other Countries Without Free Return

If you're returning your order from a country not eligible for free returns (such as the UK, Norway, Switzerland, or countries outside the EU), please carefully follow the steps below to ensure smooth processing and avoid unexpected costs.

Key Guidelines

• Return Shipping:
  Returning from these countries is at your own expense and responsibility.
  We highly recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method. Always retain your shipping receipt.
• Include Order Info:
  Add your order number inside the return package. Also include a copy of your original invoice, and cross out any items you are not returning.

Customs & Import Fees – Important for Returns from Outside the EU

If you’re returning from outside the EU, such as the UK, Switzerland, Norway, or other non-EU countries:

• Import/Customs Fees:
  We cannot refund any import duties or customs costs that may have been paid. In some cases, you may be able to reclaim these costs directly from your local customs office. Please check with them for specific procedures.
• Label Clearly as a Return:
  To avoid additional customs fees on the return shipment:
  • Inform your carrier that the shipment is a return.
  • Clearly mark the package and shipping invoice with:

    “Return shipment for e-commerce order with UPS/DHL + [original tracking number]”
    “Customs code 604 – Return Goods – full exemption”

  • Include a CN22 or CN23 customs declaration form on the outside of the box.
• Packages generating customs fees upon arrival will be refused or the costs will be deducted from your refund.

Which Customs Form Do You Need?

If returning from outside the EU, you must use a CN22 or CN23 form depending on the value and weight of your parcel.

• These forms are usually available during online booking or at the shipping counter.
• Attach the completed form to the outside of your parcel.
• Tick the box: “Returned Goods” or “E-commerce Return”.
• A commercial invoice may also be required — you can use the one we provided when you made the purchase.
