How It Works
- Notify Us Within 15 Days: Let us know within 15 days of receiving your order that you'd like to return it. You can do this by using the return portal on our website or by sending us an email.
- Return Within 15 Days: After notifying us, you’ll have another 15 days to return the item.
- No Need for a Reason: You’re not obligated to explain why you’re returning the item, but it helps us improve if you do.

Free Returns
We offer free returns from the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain, and Sweden.

Other Countries
If you're returning from any country not listed above, the return shipping costs are at your own expense to our warehouse in the Netherlands. If you are returning from outside the EU, there are a few things to keep in mind.

Refunds
- We refund the full purchase amount, including standard shipping within the EU, UK, CH, and NO.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving your return.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- If you paid with a gift voucher, you’ll receive a new voucher.
- Additional services (e.g., express delivery) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product or size, return the item and place a new order through our website. This process is faster and helps prevent errors.
Return Packaging Instructions
To ensure smooth processing and keep items in resellable condition:
- Include all accessories and any free products received.
- Insert a return slip, invoice copy, or a note with your order details in the box.
- Leave product labels intact.
- Use the original, undamaged packaging and place it inside a shipping box.
- Avoid putting tape, stickers, or writing directly on the original product box.
- Remove old shipping labels if reusing our box.
- Use sufficient padding to avoid damage during transit.
Tracking & Processing Time
- If you used our return label, you can track your return using the provided code.
- On average, it takes 3 business days for the return to reach us.
- Returns are processed within 1–3 business days after arrival.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Return Conditions & Legal Right of Withdrawal
- Evaluation Period: You have 15 days from the day after delivery to evaluate your order.
- If your order was delivered in parts, the period starts once all items have been received.
- If the 15th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
During this period:
- You can handle the product as you would in a physical store.
- Do not use or damage the product beyond what’s necessary for evaluation.
- Products should be returned complete, in their original condition and packaging.
- We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value caused by improper use.
Exclusions – Non-Returnable Items
Some products and services are excluded from return under the right of withdrawal:
- Custom-made products (e.g. skis with drilled bindings, cut touring skins, skis with Quiver Killer inserts).
- Gift vouchers (both digital and physical).
- Additional services (e.g. express shipping, binding assembly).
- Hygienic products or products with a health risk where the seal has been broken.
- Products with a limited shelf life.
- Business orders placed via a quote.
Note: Demo skis with non-custom bindings and rail binding skis are returnable.
