Important Notice for U.S. Customers

Orders to the United States will usually be delivered in 1 to 3 working days, depending on location. The shipping costs depend on the type of package and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
- If you're ordering from us you'll be importing goods from the EU into the US, this means you're the Importer of Record. A correct, and in time, delivery is a shared responsibility between you and us. We'll make sure we ship the items in a timely manner with the correct paper work. You, as the Importer of Record, are responsible for the VAT/Import duties (when applicable) and to be able to receive the order. If you can't take delivery you'll need to arrange alternative delivery options with the shipping company (UPS or DHL). Don't worry, the importing procedure is fully handled by UPS/DHL, so you don't need to do any paper work. Be aware that import procedure starts when your order leaves our warehouse.
- Shipping costs will be shown at checkout after you have selected the delivery country.

- You don't pay the 21% Dutch VAT.
- You are responsible for any VAT, import and customs costs. Under no circumstances can we reimburse them.
- Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, the possible VAT and import duties will be due. The shipment can not be cancelled or refused without significant costs and delays.
- Signature for delivery is required, so no unsigned drop-offs at the door or porch.
- Returns, even in case of a warranty request, are at your own expense.
- When you return an item we don't refund the original (express) shipping costs.
- If you order skis with bindings, we will not be able to mount them for you. The skis and bindings are sent to you unmounted.
- We cannot ship airbags and airbag cylinders to the US.
- We can not sell and ship the following brands to North America: Salomon, Atomic, Osprey, Stöckli, Majesty, Capita, Union, Blizzard, Nordica, Tecnica, Burton, Anon, Clew and Arc'Teryx
Dollar price
In our online store you can pay in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($). If you choose to pay in Euros, the final price you pay in Dollars ($) depends on the exchange rate your credit card company or PayPal charges at the time of your order.
VAT, import, and customs costs
We have provided the information below on the basis of a best effort and no rights can be derived from it. Customs rules can change regularly, so it is possible that this information is no longer (completely) correct. Make sure you are well informed in order to avoid unexpected costs. We are not responsible for unexpected import costs.
Order value < $ 800
If your order, including shipping costs, has a value below $800, then you do not pay VAT. In most cases, you do not pay any import or customs fees either, but this can vary from state to state.
Order value ≥ $ 800
If your order is $800 or more, VAT, import, and brokerage costs ($10 - $15) may be charged. These costs will automatically be charged to you by the carrier. Under no circumstances can we reimburse these costs.
