If you haven't received your package, please check for the following.
Check the track & trace code
In our shipping confirmation you have received a link to the track & trace data of your package. See the status of your shipment here. Maybe the delivery driver is unexpectedly delayed or the package is waiting for you at a pickup point.
Check the delivery address
Is the delivery address you provided correct?
Check your mailbox
Check to see if you have received a note in the letterbox from the delivery driver. Maybe you were not at home during the first attempt.
Check around your house
Although this is certainly not the intention, it unfortunately sometimes happens that a delivery person leaves your package in the garden, shed, etc.
Check with your housemates and neighbours
If there are several people who can accept the package at your address, check whether someone has accepted it on your behalf. Also, if possible, ask your direct neighbours.
If the package has not arrived, please contact our customer service within 5 working days after the supposed delivery date. Do not wait too long to report because the longer you wait, the more difficult it will be for us to investigate the whereabouts of your order. Always inform us directly as communications through the parcel company will not always reach us in time.
